30-day return window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Log in to your account, open 'My Orders', select the item you'd like to return, and follow the prompts. We'll email you a prepaid return label for eligible items.

Refund timing

Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days of us receiving your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include: opened personal care products, perishable food items, custom or made-to-order goods, and gift cards.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at hrdept@usasooq.com or (904) 572-8787 and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
