Shipping methods
USA Sooq partners with USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver orders across all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO addresses. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout based on your destination and the seller's location.
Processing time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Orders received on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days. Expedited: 2 business days. Overnight: next business day where available. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $49. Orders under $49 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view tracking from the 'My Orders' page in your account.
International orders
USA Sooq currently ships only within the United States. International expansion is on our 2026 roadmap.
